What You’ll Do:
Leasing & Marketing – Ensure listings are top-notch, engage with prospects, and drive occupancy.
Financial Management – Collect rents, process invoices, and oversee budgets.
Property Maintenance – Work with maintenance teams, manage supplies, and oversee capital projects.
Inspections & Compliance – Keep apartments and common areas in top condition.
Emergency Response – Be on-call for urgent issues (on a rotating basis).
Reporting & Operations – Track financials, leasing progress, and payroll.
What You Need:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and take ownership
Experience with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, etc.) is a plus
Industry certifications (A.R.M., NALP, CPM) are encouraged
