Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, addressing tenant needs promptly, and managing budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring all property activities are conducted in a timely manner.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense reporting, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Collaborate with leasing agents to ensure properties maintain high occupancy rates.
- Prepare and present reports on property performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple properties simultaneously.
- Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment:

This role primarily operates in an office setting, with regular travel to property locations required. The Property Manager must be comfortable working with a diverse range of people and situations, often requiring time management to address urgent property-related matters promptly.
